There are many scary moments filling this album, leaving me fearful of playing this in a dark room, where this CD & the player would be my only source of sound and light. "Neomorts" is an excellent example of some of the kind of shocking material found. Fans of thriller/horror/gore movies will surely recognize bits of their own phantasie worlds.

Actually, I find this album to be a bit creepier than the previous, without saying that the horror element is gone (because it hasn't) it isn't as overwhelming a presence as on the first release. There are times on KadaverKomplex where I find myself thinking back to the later segments of Skinny Puppy's VIVIsectVI and Censor EP, but Weena Morloch does this while still retaining their uniqueness.
